Loomly pricing in 2026: what each plan includes per user
Loomly publishes two prices: $65 a month for Starter, $332 for Beyond, read on October 23, 2026. Annual billing drops them to $49 and $249. Starter bundles 12 social accounts and 3 users, Beyond 60 accounts and unlimited users. The jump between them is 5x, with nothing in between.
That bundling is the whole story. Sprout Social and Hootsuite add a line to the invoice for every person who logs in. Loomly puts 3 people in Starter and an unlimited number in Beyond, so the per-user cost falls as the team grows instead of climbing.

| Plan | Monthly | Yearly, per month | Yearly total | Social accounts | Users | Calendars |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $65 | $49 | $588 | 12 | 3 | unlimited |
| Beyond | $332 | $249 | $2,988 | 60 | unlimited | unlimited |
| Enterprise | custom | custom | custom | 61+ | unlimited | unlimited |
Three things the table does not say out loud. Starter is labelled "Most popular" on the page. Enterprise is described only as "Price tailored to your business" and adds priority support plus "friendly pricing at scale" on top of everything in Beyond. And yearly plans cannot be terminated early, so the 25 percent discount is a 12 month commitment, not a discount you can walk away from.
The real loomly cost per user and per account
Both meters matter, because Loomly caps both.
| Plan | Per user, monthly | Per social account, monthly | Per user, yearly rate | Per social account, yearly rate |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $21.67 | $5.42 | $16.33 | $4.08 |
| Beyond | falls with team size | $5.53 | falls with team size | $4.15 |
The per-account cost barely moves: $5.42 on Starter, $5.53 on Beyond. Beyond is not a volume discount on accounts, it costs slightly more per account than Starter does. What it buys is headcount and five features.
The per-user figure is where the grid gets interesting. A 3 person team on Starter pays $21.67 each. The fourth person cannot join Starter at all, so that team pays $332 and the per-user cost jumps to $83. At 10 people it is back down to $33.20, and at 20 people to $16.60, cheaper per head than Starter. Loomly is priced for either a team of 3 or a team of 15, and punishes everything in between.
What Beyond actually adds over Starter
I went through the full comparison table row by row. Almost every row is identical. These are the differences:
| Feature | Starter | Beyond |
|---|---|---|
| Scheduled reports | no | yes |
| Branded subdomain | no | yes |
| Custom logo | no | yes |
| Custom favicon | no | yes |
| Calendar 2FA enforcement | no | yes |
| Social listening | 2 per month | 5 per month |
| AI usage | limited monthly | extended monthly |
That is it. Everything else, unlimited scheduling, direct publishing, approval workflows, the AI assistant, post generation, reply with AI, AI analytics, advanced analytics, the hashtag manager, bulk posting, best time to post, the media editor, Slack and Microsoft Teams, Zapier, the mobile apps, two-factor authentication, is on both tiers.
So the honest reading of the grid: you move to Beyond for account count, user count, or white labelling. Three of the five exclusive features are white label (subdomain, logo, favicon), which is why Beyond is effectively the agency plan even though the page never calls it that.
One inconsistency worth a support ticket before you buy: the comparison table lists the hashtag manager and custom roles and workflows as included in Starter, while the plan descriptions higher up the page list both as Beyond features. The page does not resolve which is right.
The tier where an agency switches
The switch point is not a feature, it is the fourth login or the thirteenth account. Whichever comes first moves you from $65 to $332 a month, a $267 increase for what may be one extra person.
Three ways agencies handle that:
- Stay on Starter and share a login. It works until two people edit the same calendar, and it breaks approval workflows, which are the reason to use Loomly in the first place.
- Go to Beyond and fill it. At 60 accounts and unlimited users, $332 is reasonable. At 14 accounts and 4 users it is not.
- Use a tool that meters differently. Later bills per social set of 8 profiles, from $18.75 a month. Metricool bills per brand, from $25. Both let you add capacity in smaller steps than Loomly's single jump.
The broader comparison, including what per-seat tools cost for the same work, is in Sprout Social alternatives.
Trial, discounts and the billing rules
- Trial. The page offers a trial with "no credit card required" and a "Start free trial" button, but does not publish its length anywhere. Assume nothing and check the signup screen.
- Nonprofits. 50 percent lifetime discount with a determination letter or equivalent document.
- Upgrades are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing cycle, not immediately.
- Monthly plans can be stopped any time. Yearly plans cannot be terminated early.
When a scheduler is the wrong purchase
Loomly is a content calendar with people in it: briefs, post ideas, approval rounds, a review link for the client. If that workflow is what you are buying, the price is fair at both tiers.
If no human is in the loop, you are paying for an interface nobody opens. The alternative is to publish from your own code or from an AI agent against the platform APIs. PlugKit does that side: one REST API and a hosted MCP server across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X, WhatsApp and Telegram, at $49 a month for 5 connected accounts, cancel anytime. There is no calendar to drag posts around in, which is the point and also the limitation. The trade-offs between a tool and an API are laid out in the social media API guide.
FAQ
How much does Loomly cost per month?
On October 23, 2026 Loomly publishes $65 a month for Starter and $332 a month for Beyond when billed monthly, or $49 and $249 a month when billed yearly ($588 and $2,988 a year). Enterprise is quoted individually for 61 or more social accounts.
Does Loomly charge per user?
No. Users are bundled into the plan: 3 on Starter, unlimited on Beyond. There is no published per-seat add-on, which means the fourth user forces the whole account up to Beyond rather than adding an incremental fee.
Is Loomly cheaper than Hootsuite or Sprout Social?
For a small team, yes. Loomly Starter at $65 a month covers 3 users and 12 accounts. Hootsuite starts around $99 a month per seat and Sprout Social at $79 to $399 per seat on annual billing, so three people on either one costs several times Loomly Starter.
What is the difference between Loomly Starter and Beyond?
Account count (12 against 60), user count (3 against unlimited), and five features: scheduled reports, branded subdomain, custom logo, custom favicon and calendar 2FA enforcement. Social listening goes from 2 to 5 per month. Everything else on the comparison table is on both tiers.
Does Loomly have a no-cost option?
No. The pricing page shows two paid tiers plus Enterprise, and the only costless route is the trial, whose length the page does not state. Pages describing a permanently costless Loomly account are out of date.
